I was on the internet (Mozilla Firefox) and I was just browsing then a message came up and said something like 'Windows defender needs you to restart your computer to solve a problem' so I clicked it and then it obviously restarted. I tried to log onto my user area and it took longer than usual to load up and when it finally loaded up it had a blank background and my documents, no task-bar or shortcut. The only way I got onto the internet was by going on my downloads going on Spotify and then clicking on an advert, for the past couple of days I've been getting warnings saying that I have a harmful virus so I clicked 'Remove' and it said it had gone but every hour or so it kept coming back up. Also I have Windows Vista. okay i have the security tools virus and tried everything,it will NOT let me download at all, everytime i open a program to download it opens for one second and closes and a security program comes up again, also cannot click my RUN and open anything from there, what else can I do to get rid of this virus , maybe is there another program i can download that my computer will let me, help please and thankyou stress reduction how to stop procrastinating the power of your subconscious mind overcome shyness improve concentration daily motivation parenting tips

I had some annoying virus on my computer called "internet security 2010" it would give me annoying pop ups adn try to make me buy it also kept played radio clip from different stations(it was so weird one second it was classical the next it was Taylor Swift" and it kept me from googling stuff because when I clicked on the links iit would take me to a site like mickeymousecruises.com. Now I believe I've fixed all that except my search engines still do not work. My computer wont boot! After the dell screen, it's just black. No cursor or nothing. Right before that happened there were a bunch of viruses on it. Did it crash?? And is there any hope for my files? Oh and if it helps it's a Dimension 2350 with Windows XP home

i installed avast 5 free antivirus on my netbook and when i tried to update it it said last encounted error: this license is expired or invaild.

So i've just format my old pc and i want to use programms that will not slow my pcdown a lot.So if u know any good antivirus and cleaning programmes as well as programss toplay media files inform me.

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help with a problem I'm having? I'm connected to the internet and it will let me open google but if I try to open another webpage it tells me the page cannot open. I already checked the firewall and everything seems fine, i also scanned for viruses with Avira and Mallware Byte and nothing showed up. If anyone can help it'd be much appreciated thanks!
